Coach Guy offers several small group intensive Training Courses and Training Camp options, on request, during the year:

Junior/Youth Athlete Training Days (Singapore/North London)

Running Fundamentals: A Training Half Day for Young Athletes: 

3hrs (8am-11am), maximum group size 5.

Triathlon Run Training Days (Singapore/North London)
Full day course covering all aspects of preparation for higher performance for the run leg of the Triathlon. Maximum group size 5.

Higher Performance Endurance Training Camps: Thailand/ North Italy.
Not for beginner or junior athletes. Experienced senior athletes only with at least three years consistent training and best 5k performance sub 25 mins.

Thailand: at Chang Dao in North Thailand during the dry season: November to February. Residential 5 days minimum.

Italy: at Livigno, near Switzerland. From May to October, residential 5 days minimum.
